CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTORS
Frontline offers CWI Welder Performance Qualification testing at your shop or field location, where clients' new project welders can be tested before they work on a project. This keeps the cost down for multiple welders traveling to testing facilities.
We document, witness and perform any needed destructive testing (Bend Test) to assure only the most skilled welders arrive on your projects.
Our CWIs can also assist clients in weld procedure development, Welding Procedure Qualification and project troubleshooting.
THIRD PARTY AUDITING/VENDOR SURVEILLANCE
Seeing is believing — our inspectors provide service you can depend on.
Your project materials need to be of the correct size, shape and NDE performed before they are shipped to your location. When it comes to testing for quality and material performance, no one wants compromises.
At Frontline Services our experienced QA staff understand quality assurance services are crucial to managing the risks of missing components and material defects. As a third-party consultant, we work with owners, manufacturers and contractors to perform quality assurance services, and assess the effectiveness of testing procedures and the correctness and accuracy of testing results. We also provide project specification reviews to evaluate project compliance with national industry standards.
