Frontline Services LLC believes through appropriate training, equipment and operational procedures, coupled with a staff that is empowered to stop work if they feel an action is unsafe, all injuries can be prevented.
We believe that quality and safety are synonymous, one cannot exist without the other. We approach every project with a commitment to this belief. Frontline Services strives for excellence in regards to providing a safe work environment for each of our employees. Each team member of Frontline Services shares the responsibility in taking a “safety-first” approach. The management team of Frontline Services has committed the resources to provide the most up to date safety training and qualifications to better educate our employees. Quality and safety are the backbone of our corporate philosophy. Each member of our team is committed to ensuring a quality product, bearing in mind personal safety remains in the forefront.
Accident prevention is the first consideration in the operation of our business. No phase of our operations or administration is of greater importance than accident prevention. No task is so important that we cannot take time to perform our work efficiently, professionally and, most importantly, safely.
Our personnel arrive at the job site trained and qualified; qualification is accomplished prior to project commencement, saving both time and valuable resources. This training encompasses safety, quality and efficiency. Our commitment to safety is shown through all of our employees having a minimum of OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. We comply with all client-required training, testing and safety tracking requirements and are available for review by our clients.
In addition we work closely with our clients to ensure our employees receive any additional project/site specific safety training required by our clients. All applicable federal, state and company regulations are stressed during on-going crew meetings, briefings and formal training sessions.
The safety and integrity of any facility can only be maintained if there is a culture of safety awareness embedded at all levels of the organization. We believe that all accidents are caused, and that none are the result of luck or happenstance.
Eliminating problem areas
Frontline Services provides its clients the opportunity to eliminate the root causes of all accidents by providing seasoned professionals to review all policies and procedures, to examine documents and to physically inspect equipment to ensure that the highest level of integrity is maintained. All audits and inspections are based on proven guidelines (Process Safety Management) and industry codes and practices.
In the event deficiencies are found, Frontline Services can help provide plans for immediate action.
